Rules For Using BraveQuest

Last updated: June 20, 2026

These Terms govern use of BraveQuest. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use BraveQuest for a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver.

The Service

BraveQuest helps families create quests, routines, chores, point systems, reward shops, kid access, outposts, and progress tracking. Parents control the household and decide which child profiles, quests, rewards, and social features are appropriate.

Accounts And Access

  • You are responsible for keeping parent account credentials, passkeys, recovery codes, household codes, and kid login codes secure.
  • You should provide accurate account information and keep your email address current.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your household, including child access and invited parent access.
  • Kid access is intended for supervised family use and should not be shared outside the household except through features you intentionally enable.

Family Rewards

Rewards, points, inventory, and approvals in BraveQuest are family-managed motivational tools. BraveQuest does not provide cash value, financial accounts, stored value, gift cards, gambling, sweepstakes, or a marketplace. Parents are responsible for deciding whether rewards are appropriate and for fulfilling rewards they approve.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse BraveQuest, including by:

  • Posting or entering abusive, illegal, exploitative, discriminatory, sexual, or harmful content.
  • Adding another person's personal data without a lawful reason or appropriate permission.
  • Using outposts, posts, comments, or reviews to harass, spam, impersonate, or expose private information.
  • Trying to access another household, bypass security, interfere with the service, scrape data, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service.
  • Using BraveQuest for emergency, medical, clinical, diagnostic, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Parent Responsibility

BraveQuest is not a medical device, therapy provider, school, childcare provider, or substitute for professional judgment. Families may use BraveQuest to support routines, motivation, and positive reinforcement, but parents remain responsible for supervision, child safety, reward decisions, and household rules.

User Content

You keep ownership of the household content you add, such as quests, rewards, posts, comments, notes, and reviews. You give BraveQuest permission to host, process, display, and use that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service. If you submit a review for the landing page, you permit BraveQuest to display that review publicly.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how BraveQuest collects and uses information. By using BraveQuest, you acknowledge that policy.

Changes And Availability

We may update BraveQuest, add or remove features, change limits, or suspend the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using BraveQuest at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, the service is being misused, or continued access creates legal, security, or safety risk.

Disclaimers

BraveQuest is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BraveQuest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or household reward disputes. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply.
